I love this pic with the car sitting so low, bare in mind that it still has 2inches to be lowered at the rear. Front is around 4inches high at the moment.
Shortened VE tail-shaft fitted in place, the shaft had to be shortened from both ends so that it the centre bearing was equally spaced from both ends. . .
Tail-shaft joining up with the diff. At this stage the body is sitting on top of the diff and a special 'hat' has to be moulded into the floor so that the car can be lowered into its correct position. . .
