About time, it's taken ages to get the power steering rack into the front end of the EH. V6 Conversions will only recommend a VR/VS power rack for their EH front ends and they "Bolt straight in." Pigs bloody arse they bolt straight in, they are 4inches too long on each end. Four inches, I'd hate to see what the idiots thought six inches looked like? Anyway, good friend and super tradesman, Kenny Clarke was given the job of fixing the mess. . .
Dave The Awesomenator hard at work fitting the under dash brake power booster and main cylinder. Not an easy job when it goes in the same place as the steering column and guage cluster. . .
Trial fit of the brake booster up under the dash, that's Dave's nearly bald head that you can see in the pic. Best wishes to Dave's lovely wife, Mrs Awesomenator who had to have major surgery today. Some say that it was to remove all the bullshit thats built up in her ears over the years of being with Dave, but others have said it wasn't as serious an operation as that. Whatever, we all wish her the very best and a speedy recovery. . .
